Using Invoaro

By using Invoaro's invoice generator or website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms as the product changes; the current version always applies.

What the service is

Invoaro provides a free, browser-based tool for creating and downloading invoice PDFs. It's provided "as is," without a guarantee of uptime, and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Your responsibility for what you create

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on any invoice you create with Invoaro — amounts, tax rates, business details, and everything else. Invoaro doesn't verify or check your invoices, and doesn't provide tax, accounting, or legal advice. If you're unsure how tax or invoicing rules apply to your business, please talk to a qualified professional.

Acceptable use

Don't use Invoaro to create fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful documents, and don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may restrict access for anyone who misuses it.

No warranty; limitation of liability

Invoaro is provided free of charge, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Invoaro isn't liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the service, including errors in a generated invoice or the service being unavailable. Always review a generated invoice before sending it.

Invoaro Billing license

Invoaro Billing is a separate desktop application, sold as a lifetime license for a one-time payment of ₹4,999.00. Your license is valid for one active device at a time. To move it to another computer, deactivate the current device from Settings → License within Invoaro Billing, then activate it on the new device.

You're responsible for keeping your license key and the email address you purchased with safe and accessible — it's how your license is identified. If you lose your license email, use License Recovery to have it sent again to that same email address.

The Invoaro Billing installer is free to download from our download page at any time, with or without a license — a license is only required to activate and use the software.

Changes to the service

We may change, add to, or discontinue parts of Invoaro at any time. We'll try to be clear about what's available and what isn't, as we already are on the Billing Software page.
